Tune up and general check up
Tune up consist of engine general cleaning and tuning for periodic maintenance.
This service includes:
Carbon clean is a cleaning system in order to restore your internal combustion chamber back to normal. Carbon Clean will clean the combustion chamber by reducing carbon with a special solution which is called SPIRIT. Knocking and pinging will disappear and engine power will be back to normal.
For best result, this procedure must be repeated after 20.000 km.
Injector ultrasonic service
Ultrasonic injector service is the procedure to clean the injector by using ultrasonic and after the process, the injector will be measured, calibrated and tested.
This process effectively repeated after 50.000 km or less.
For better regular maintenance to improve the life time of the engine, oil replacement must be done every 5.000 km and to ensure the best oil for the specific engine, we supply the various kind and grade of oil.
A/T fluid change
Special treatment must be given for automatic transmission, therefore this procedure for automatic oil replacement must be done every 50.000 km by using special machine.
Suspension, brake, and clutch services
Depending on how much the vehicle work every day, suspension, brake and clutch must be checked and tested after 20.000 km.
Lifetime of the engine depends on the general maintenance and condition. Engine overhaul must be done if the engine has no power and there is a problem with the internal engine.
Porting and polished (cylinder head works)
Porting and Polish is a work to fixed the engine volumetric by grinding the inside of combustion chamber. Volumetric efficiency is a mix(%) between air and gasoline that can be found in combustion chamber. Volumetric Efficiency of N/A engine can never reach 100% volumetric because resistance gain from the mixture of air and gasoline. The resistance come from the intake manifold, valve, air intake, throttle body, etc. With porting and polish, the volumetric efficiency will reach for about 80% - 85%. The performance of the engine will be better. If we want to reach more than 100% volumetric efficiency, we can apply forced induction system such as turbo and turbocharger.

An engine swap is the process of removing a car's engine and replacing it with another. This is done either because of failure, or to install a different engine, usually one that is more powerful or more modern and maintainable.
